Services include fashion eCommerce, digital marketing, drop shipping, web development, social media marketing, blog marketing and other digital marketing services. Marketing services to help women and Black owned small businesses increase sales. Rich and Rich Homeopportunities is committed to providing value to consumers, small businesses, advertisers and affiliates. Services ensure customers get the products that they need and affiliate small businesses grow their sales. Early origins started with blog marketing. The mission of Rich and Rich Homeopportunities is to help small businesses market their product and reach their objectives with effective successful collaboration with other business owners, suppliers, and manufacturers. To produce quality content, Rich and Rich Homeopportunities will use a combination of outsourced and self produced content. Grant funding will help create a digital branding campaign. The campaign will focus on increasing social media followers and the conversion rate of users. Rich and Rich Homeopportunities currently has over 5,000 social media followers. Funding will be used for a marketing campaign, scholarships, and apprenticeships that will produce a variety of content designed to attract targeted consumers. Content will focus on promotional videos, blogs, and social media posts. To create content, grant funding will help pay for outsourced labor to produce some of the content. . In addition to digital content, grant funding will be used to host a series of in person vendor events. Events will showcase products and services of local vendors. Rich and Rich Homeopportunities partners with numerous Black and women owned small businesses. Events and ecommerce will serve as a platform to amplify products and services of local vendors. Partner businesses are from the Great Lakes Region. Funding will also be used to host and expand the list of vendors and marketing affiliates. Networking events will be hosted by RIch and Rich Homeopportunities in collaboration with business groups and entrepreneurs. Events will collaborate with business groups and faith based organizations to invite community members to showcase events. Owner and President Desiree Sims began operating Rich and Rich Homeopportunities as a sole proprietorship in 2009. The business was incorporated as an L.L.C. in September 2021. The story of Desiree’s entrepreneurial journey began before Rich and Rich Homeopportunities. While serving in the Navy over ten years ago, Desiree began blog marketing as a hobby. The hobby became a convenient second source of income. Desiree had an easy time creating content and attracting followers. Desiree began developing social media capital soon after beginning her blog marketing venture. Followers were leveraged into engaged shoppers and her affiliate marketing business was born. The money Desiree made from her affiliate helped her some flexibility with her professional education and career. Desiree is currently has a MSN with a specialization as a Wisconsin Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) since 2021. As Desiree’s digital marketing business grew, she quickly grew the number of affiliates and vendors. Rich and Rich Homeopportunities began working with a series of women and Black owned businesses. Desiree was able to see the opportunity to grow her business and help local women and Black owned businesses increase their sales. Collaborate with vendors and affiliates from the community. Local small business owners. Business operations focus on women and Black owned businesses. Online sales and in person events showcase products and services from local small business owners. Events help bring local businesses and entrepreneurs together to network and coordinate collaborative opportunities. The community participates in showcase events. Faith based organizations and community groups help promote events. Rich and Rich Homeopportunities has developed a network of business to business affiliates, customer database, social media following, and community partners. PR and marketing projects have created a foundation of return customers and marketing traction. Rich and Rich Homeopportunities currently has over 3,000 social media followers, 1,000 youtube subscribers, and 2,224 blog followers. Desiree had an impressive military career. While serving in the Army and Navy, she found time to start a side hustle blogging. As her career transitioned to nursing, she was able to grow her side hustle into a profitable small business. Desiree’s has experienced success as a entrepreneur and Rich and Rich Homeopportunities is now in a position to leverage it’s followers and affiliates into a larger enterprise. Desiree Sims has always been the majority owner of Rich and Rich Homeopportunities. The business began as a sole proprietorship and became an LLC in 2015. 2023 has been a year of successful collaborations which led to the new brick and mortar shop in "The Collective" located in Bayshore Mall in Glendale Wisconsin. The company has registered for the trademark of both logo and name with Aliveshoes new shoe line and new brand on Amazon starting Dec 2023.
