We support them with design tools, e-commerce tools, and supply-chain, and help them launch their line from scratch, completely online and at the speed of light.

Our design and production facilities are based in Italy, in the biggest and most prestigious shoe design and development cluster in the world called The Shoe Valley (Located in Le Marche, Italy).
We are a team of 28+ people working from Italy, UAE, USA, The Netherlands. We boost diverse backgrounds ranging from Tech to Fashion to business operations. We have investors from The Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy and Germany. We mostly operate in the US market (for now).

AliveShoes is a multifaceted business:
We run a tech platform, we manage a supply-chain unit, a production network and we manage and nurture thousands of designers daily, from around the world.
The company is present in the USA, in the Netherlands, and in Italy.
You'll be leading the admin, financial and legal management of the company.
The role covers 4 main aspects:
1/ Administrative management
Hiring and keeping constant communications with Lawyers and Accountants in each specific country (US-NL-IT)
Supervising the preparation of accounting and balance sheets of the three companies together with the accountants in each specific region (US-NL-IT)
Supervising the invoicing and admin processes.
Managing the consolidated internal annual balance of the NL-IT units.
Managing a consolidated monthly P&L of the NL-IT units.
Supervising the inter-group operations.
Supervising the hiring contracts.
2/ Fiscal management
Supervising VAT, Sales Taxes and other administrative compliance within the group.
Supervise Corporate Taxes in US-NL-IT.
3/ Legal management
Managing the cap table of the group.
Creating and managing a constantly up-to-date data room of the group (incorporation docs, inter-company agreements, p&l, balance sheets etc).
Establish relations with corporate lawyers and fundraising advisors of the group.
4/ Strategic management
Optimizing company structures, from both, taxation and organizational standpoint.
Perform cost optimizations at all levels (Supply chain, exchange rates, services etc).
Perform Strategic management of financial flaws.
Managing and updating the business model/financial model of the group.
Establish relations with actual and future shareholders.
Support with fund-raising operations (presentations, custom docs, meetings)
The company is a fashion-tech startup mostly made of technical people and focuses mainly on tech engineering, supply chain and market innovation.
If you expect a corporate-level admin mgmt office that is all in place and just needs guidance, this is not your fit.
We are looking for a leader that is not afraid to get its hands dirty and get the work done.
If you have a solid experience on the above tasks and are excited to bring your experience and structure into a tech-innovative company and build from the ground up into the future, this is a good fit.
You'll be working together with the group CEO, the Italian unit operation's director, and the external advisors (accounting, legal, fund raising).
Fluent English spoken and written, fluent Italian spoken and written.
You hold a bachelor's degree in economics or engineering, MBA is preferred.
You have worked at least 10 years in a relevant position in administration, tax, legal or financial management either in an investment bank, in a venture fund, or in a company.
You are very good with paperwork, contracts, invoicing set-up, taxes, you can manage administrative tasks in multiple countries.
You have great experience in international and online businesses, you understand how taxes work and how online business operates
You can manage a cap table and a data room with amazing attention to details.
You are great at finding the right advisors for legal and accounting matters, better if you already have a network of advisors you can use.
You are a data beast. You own excel and dashboards. You can dig your own data, which means you can work with the organization, both the tech side and the operations/sales to gather all the data you need. And you understand and can create financial models on excel.
You have some experience with startups, investment processes, relevant startup documents like term sheets, convertible notes and you have a good understanding of startups' valuation and market.
You are not a 9-5 office person. You want to travel, work internationally, and fully embrace a cause with a full-in approach
You love difficult challenges and you are stimulated to work with startups and talented people. You are entrepreneurial, ambitious and energetic. You are a doer, you like to wear many hats when needed, and you are super goal-oriented

The first part of the process involves an initial skype call.
The second part of the process will be a 1-2 day full working day with us (in person or remote)
The hiring period is a 2 years contract ( renewable) with 1 to 6 months of initial trial.
The job is based in Italy (Marche region), with frequent travels abroad for specific work sessions.
For this position, you will get about Net 3500Euro/month (Euro 7000/month if invoiced) (this may vary based on experience and other factors), and a quarterly/annual bonus scheme based on goals and performances.
You will also get a significant package of shares in the American holding company, with 3 years vesting period.
