About the High Status brand

High Status by Ernest Ruffin is a fast growing high fashion line serving customers worldwide. It strives to bring out influential style, innovation and a high quality of life. The designer’s vision is to position the brand as a global leader in the world of Fashion. These shoes represent the pinnacle of Italian craftsmanship and spare no expense when it comes to quality and attention to detail. Ernest Ruffin's personal words are: “We believe in creating a high quality of life in every way possible, by being unique, strong and bold. We were not born into royalty, we created it”. The gold bottom of the shoe represents the royal lifestyle the brand aims to create, the jaguar print represents the power that High Status possesses and the brown crocodile print represents the balance the brand keeps in life.

An idea and design created by Ernest Ruffin

Ernest Ruffin was born in 1984, in New Orleans (USA). Driven by a passion for design and fashion, at a very early age, he started his own clothing line. While attending college at Southern University at New Orleans, he continued to build his own brand and follow his dream to be a fashion designer. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to create a high fashion sneaker line called High Status. With the brand's mission statement in mind, the shoe line aimed to create a shoe that was not only strong and bold, but of a high quality that people would love to wear.
