About Manoj Padhi
Manoj Kumar Padhi was born in India in a small town in a middle class family. After Professional training and certification in Microprocessor Based System Design at Center for Electronic Design and Technology, Mohali , India, he started his career as an embedded systems programmer. He had arrived in USA in September 2002 as a Telecom Software Engineer on an Alcatel, USA assignment, after he completed his M.S. (Software Systems) from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (Pilani), India. While working with Nokia, he co-authored a chapter on "Evolution of Social IoT World" in a book named "Internet of Things (IoT): Technologies, Applications, Challenges and Solutions". He founded Fan'sGlobal SocialNGN LLC in 2014, now doing business as 4FANZ and it took 6 years for him to finalize the design of FANSIAL NETWORK. In 2020, his work on a non-snooping, non-tracking, non-invasive Role Based Social Network aka THE FANSIAL NETWORK got recognition and he was a featured as #6 winner of the CEO TODAY USA AWARDS 2020 among 100 visionary CEOs of USA. Being creative by nature, he had chosen to design the shoes by himself as it is branded under his name.
