About Cynthia Ruth Bolender
Cynthia is the founder of the Non-profit Peer 10-22 and fashion shoe designer. As a Certified Trauma informed health coach, nationally certified Victim Advocate and Peer Support Specialist she provides health coaching and peer support services to veterans and first responders through individualized in person and virtual sessions focusing on all aspects of health to include physical, mental and spiritual. Cynthia knows through her own experience with PTSD that the mental health of responders and veterans often goes overlooked and ignored, the Peer 10-22 organization was created to provide a safe space for veterans and first responders to seek non-clinical health & wellness coaching to manage the trauma they endure on the job or returning home from battle. Peer 10-22 is solely funded off profits from her fashion shoe line Peer 10-22: never walk alone.
Cynthia served in the US Army Reserves for 5 years prior to becoming a Public Safety dispatcher. Cynthia obtained her Paralegal Certificate in Criminal law from Indiana University - Purdue University at Fort Wayne in 2018.
