Rasheeda T Banks was inspired to become an entrepreneur at a young age by her mother who established her own record label, “EB’s Finest Entertainment”, which included Rasheeda, her brother, and other family members as artists. Her mother’s hard work and dedication to her craft instilled in Rasheeda the same drive and ambition to succeed in the business world.
Differentiating Factors
Rasheeda prides herself on her ability to immerse herself in the brands she represents. She believes that giving 140% of her energy and enthusiasm to every event she works on sets her apart from others in her field. Additionally, she invests time and resources into classes and researching the material behind her craft which allows her to stay ahead of the competition.
