Vis Menseen is a new high fashion designer shoe handcrafted in Italy. This name brand roots from East Oakland's own, Tosey and Tart Tommy, two brothers from Seminary. Their legacy will be carried internationally by the Bivens family. They plan to make Vis Menseen a household name, along with Skeedism.
