About the brand and style of Penny collection


Penny sneakers are inspired by the video game character by the same name that we are currently working on for a 2020 release. She is Queen Penelope from Homer's Odyssey in the body of the slave with her memories taken away. In our world she is given choice and the ability to rebuild her life to her liking.

About the Darlene Barker


She is the video game designer, producer, and takes care of all the overall business, product and content strategy for DB Attic Studios, LLC. Professional career experience spanning several years and disciplines from systems to software. She completed a master’s degree in Computer Science from University of Massachusetts. She has always loved shoes and when the opportunity came to design her own, she was excited. Even more so after she realized that she'd never heard of a video game company doing something like this.
