An idea and design created by Anthony Beckford


Anthony Beckford is a visionary with humble beginnings from Brooklyn, New York. Of Afro Carib descent, Anthony was raised by his mother who was born in Jamaica. He grew up hearing her guidance and watching her sacrifices for him to have clothes on his back, food on the table and roof over his head. Another thing that caught Anthony's attention was the way that his mother and grandmother had a keen sense of fashion. Anthony grew up appreciating the look of suits and polished shoes as well as an accommodating tie. What he loved most was the summer season, because of all of the vibrant colors and the newest styles of sneakers that he saw others wearing to go with their outfits. At the age of 16, Anthony was recruited into doing club promotions and started his first company in the entertainment industry by the age of 18. Since then he has served in the U.S. Marine Corps, jumped into community advocacy, became a single Father and expanded on his entrepreneurship. Now with the launch of his sneaker brand, he plans to take the shoe industry by storm. In doing so, he has his daughter Harmonee and Stepdaughter Madison helping out with design concepts. Anthony has been awarded various Citations and Proclamations for his work in various communities, as well as high honors such as the Brooklyn Power List, Caribbean Impact Award (2Xs) and King of New York Honoree.
